This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on October 27, 2026, between Dr. JC Doornick (the “Author”) and the person who signs below (the “Reader”).

Confidential Information. "Confidential Information" means everything the Author shares with the Reader through the Dragon Council, in any form. This includes the book's working title, theme and outline; the introduction, chapters and all drafts; the Author's proprietary ideas, concepts, frameworks, methods and terminology; personal stories; the Author's notes and insights; audio and video; and everything said in the monthly Mastermind sessions, including what other members share.

1. Obligations of the Reader. The Reader agrees to keep all Confidential Information private and to use it only to take part in the Dragon Council. The Reader will not copy, screenshot, record, forward, post, summarize or quote any Confidential Information in any place, including social media, podcasts, newsletters, group chats and AI tools. The Reader will not recreate, reproduce, teach, adapt or speak about the Author's ideas, concepts, frameworks or terminology, in whole or in part, in any form, whether publicly or privately, or use them in the Reader's own work, products or services. The Reader will not share access, links or files with anyone, including family and friends. The Reader will keep other members' words and stories from the Mastermind private, and will tell the Author right away if any Confidential Information is lost, leaked or shared by mistake.

2. Exclusions. This Agreement does not cover information that is already public through no fault of the Reader, that the Reader already knew before joining the group, or that the Author approves in writing for release.

3. Feedback. The Reader's comments, ideas and suggestions are a contribution to the book. The Author may use them freely, with no payment or ownership claim from the Reader. A place in the acknowledgements is an honor and is not a promise of authorship, co-author credit or payment.

4. Ownership. The book and everything shared remain the sole property of the Author. Joining the group gives the Reader no license to use, publish or build on any of it.

5. Term. This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date it is signed. The Reader's duty of confidentiality applies for that entire period.

6. Leaving the Group. Either party may end the Reader's participation at any time by written message. The Reader will then delete all chapters, notes and files and stop using them. The duty of confidentiality continues.

7. Remedies. The Reader understands that a breach may cause harm that money cannot repair. The Author may ask a court for an order to stop any sharing or use right away, and may seek any other remedy the law allows.

8. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the place where the Author resides. If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

9. Entire Agreement. This is the full agreement between the parties on this subject. Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties.
